These terms apply to all orders placed with Luna through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Submitting the order form is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We may decline an order where the product is unavailable or where there is an obvious pricing or description error.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The Luna Hanging Egg Chair is $210 per chair. Delivery is charged separately at $55. GST status: [GST STATUS TO BE CONFIRMED — placeholder].
Payment
Payment is taken through our third-party payment provider. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide with Allied Express. Estimated transit time is 3-5 days after dispatch. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
Assembly and safe use
Requires assembly. Assembly is easy. Clear instructions are included. The maximum recommended load is 160 kg. Please assemble the chair and stand exactly as instructed and check fittings periodically.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
Other than the rights described above, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or refunding the price paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.
