If your parcel arrives damaged
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the chair before unpacking further and email us straight away.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or damaged goods
Email us with your order number, a description of the fault and photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
