Where we deliver
Australia-wide delivery available.
Carrier and cost
Orders are delivered by Allied Express. Delivery is $55 per order and is shown separately from the product price at checkout.
Timeframes
- Dispatch: Dispatch within 1–3 business days
- Estimated transit: 3-5 days after dispatch
Timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or public holidays.
Regional and remote areas
As a special offer from our store, a flat delivery fee of AUD 55 applies to all eligible Australian addresses, including regional and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Tracking
We will email you with delivery details once your order has been dispatched. If you have not heard from us within the expected window, please contact us.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the chair before unpacking further and email us straight away.
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Reporting damage promptly, with photos, helps us resolve the issue with the carrier quickly.
